Wings

Ordered 6 of the hot wings, extra crispy and they were incredible. They were extra crispy as requested, good quality wings, and well seasoned. Hot sauce was delicious and well balanced. Ranch and blue cheese were for sure homemade and amazing, couldn’t pick which one was better. Wings are half off on Wednesday. Definitely stop here if in Grand Junction!!

These wings came out hot and saucy. Huge wings. A hotter than average Buffalo sauce. A solid crisp on the exterior for some crunch. Plenty of meat.Quality service from the staff as well. I believe they pool tips. All star wings on all fronts.

Wings were crispy as requested and meat was fall off the bone which was surprising! They were well seasoned with decent buffalo sauce. Dips did not seem homemade but out of them the blue cheese was the best since it had added chunks. For wings at a microbrewery, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely get them again.

Ordered the smoked wings with buffalo sauce(spicy requested) and they were awesome. I think they may have changed their recipe from last year because these are better than I remember. They had a great kick and I loved the sauce which reminded me of a not sweet Nashville hot. You could almost see all the spices within the sauce. The wings were crispy and well cooked. Blue cheese and ranch were both homemade and delicious. If you love wings and are in CB, I definitely recommend going to secret stash. Sorry my pic is not the best quality.

Ordered the buffalo confit chicken wings. They were not crispy at all. The meat was fall off the bone which was kinda weird. The wings were too big in my opinion. However they were seasoned well and the sauce and dips were delicious and homemade. Ranch and Blue equally good but somewhat not distinguishable.

Got an order of the buffalo wings and requested extra crispy. they were not very crispy at all and wing quality wasn’t great. The wings were however well seasoned and had a tasty buffalo sauce and the blue cheese dip was very good. If I’m in the area and craving wings, I would eat these again but would definitely not go out of my way for them.

Got 10 hot and 10 spicy garlic, extra crispy. The spicy garlic was the better and spicier sauce, but had Parmesan grated on top which isn’t necessary. The hot was pretty good too. Both sauces taste homemade, or at least a doctored up bottled sauce. The blue cheese was decent and was better than the ranch. Wings were reasonably crispy, but could have been crispier since we ordered extra crispy. They were on the larger side but I wouldn’t say jumbo. Wings were cooked and seasoned well.

Top mentioned from best wings in Nashville Reddit post. Ordered 12 wings, naked, extra crispy, half medium buffalo and half spicy garlic. The wings were perfectly cooked—very crispy yet still moist. They were of good size, not too big or small. They were well seasoned and sauces were tasty. Buffalo was great but wish I ordered a spicier option. The spicy garlic was not what I expected—not spicy and not very garlicky but still good. Ordered ranch and blue dips and they unfortunately were the weakest part of the experience and we couldn’t distinguish which was which. The quality of wings and sauces themselves are what made these an 8 for me. Would definitely go back and would like to try more sauces.
