So let me start by saying I’m about a month late to posting this. However I do remember these wings vividly because it happened when I was home from Denver and I went to an old haunt of mine. I used to live next door to this bar and so loved going here. At the time I didn’t like wings so didn’t sample them often. But I’m a new man now. So the wings…. They weren’t as good as I’d hoped they’d be honestly. The sauce was great, blue cheese and ranch seemed fine but I’m new to those things. But the wings themselves didn’t have a good texture. Almost undercooked maybe? I’d hope getting them makon extra crispy would solve that. One of the highlights that I can’t recommend enough was enjoying them with a Montucky. If you ever have the chance I highly recommend getting these wings with a cold snack.
