Ordered 5 hot, and 10 medium. We were told that the hot would be VERY VERY HOT, but they were just standard hot. Not a huge heat difference between the medium and hot. The wings were perfect size, well seasoned, juicy, and super crispy without even asking for extra crispy. The buffalo sauce was delicious and bright. The blue cheese was great. Tangy, chunky, delicious.
