Mekelburg's

My friends are leaving NYC and I used these wings to make me feel better. They did a pretty good job and while the blue cheese was some of the best I ever had they reminded me of my blues 💙

As a Mekelburg, I am going to have to admit a slight bias. We are very proud of our wings and sauces. We make our own blue cheese dressing, we make our own ranch dressing, even though I am very much against ranch dressing as a whole. Thank you so much for coming and the high praise. I am happy we share the same ideals as there is nothing more depressing than a soggy wing. What a great website, I hope to explore the places you have visited and hope to find some great wings. Blue cheese dip is the best I've had and has huge chunks. Buffalo sauce is perfect. The wings are huge. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. These are breaded wings, which I usually frown upon, but these wings are so good I don't even consider it a negative. This place is the best. Must try.
