Plug Uglies UES

Ordered the hot buffalo extra crispy. They were super crispy as desired. Some may say dry but I didn’t feel that way. They were well seasoned. The sauce had nice heat, tasted like franks red hot and butter..simple and delicious. Wings were nice size. I enjoyed the house-made ranch more than the blue cheese but both were good.

Allow me to begin where any good wing review begins. The sauces, the part that traditional wings, those without boney bits obviously,, I don’t even know why I bother defining traditional wings,, , were all about. I don’t know much about blue cheese or ranch but I did order them and sample them… the ranch tasted different from the ranch in my fridge. The blue cheese may have been good? I don’t really have much blue cheese normally so idk. But what about the wing sauce itself?? Ya, it was good I think. Ordered hot but I wasn’t sweating but it was flavorful? Perhaps a vinegarish flavor. But I might be wrong on that. The wings themselves were quite good I thought. Definitely naked and hot, crispy on sides, those who like extra crispy might benefit from ordering them that way. All in all. I liked the wings, I’ll have em again. *these wings were consumed while hi and it’s possible the writer still is hi.
