Gabriel's Gate

These wings were really good! The sauce was delicious, the wings were crispy, and the skin just fell right off the bone. My one gripe I think is that some of the wings were a little bigger than others and not as crispy as the smaller ones. Both were fine sizes but would have liked a little more consistency across crispyness based on size. Also, the hot sauce could have been a little hotter. In addition, the place had a great atmosphere and the staff was incredibly helpful. The other food we got was delicious. I would absolutely go here again for the wings and for other stuff but would get a plate of wings even if I was eating the other stuff.

Ordered the hot buffalo wings. This buffalo sauce was SERIOUS good. I'd say the sauce is the star here. Great heat level, hot but not going to hurt you. Super flavorful with an awesome acidity. The wings were moderately crispy, well seasoned, and juicy. Some wings we're on the large side, but most were a perfect medium. The smaller wings were crispier than the larger. The blue cheese was homemade, tangy, creamy and delicious with good chunks.

Definitely worth the trip and definitely worth the pain on your lip. The hot is hot and the medium is not. While I'm a fan and would enjoy again, I just can't anchor my ship to it's shore.
