Adolf's Old First Ward Tavern

Ordered half hot/half medium Cajun. Both were good but medium Cajun was on another level. The wings were on the bigger size for my liking but were still perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside. The blue cheese was the best part of the package. Super thick, clung to wings well, mild blue cheese flavor, tangy, well-seasoned, chunks of varying sizes. It was maybe the best I’ve ever had.

These wings were so amazing! Our server Emily recommended we try the medium cajun sauce and it did not disappoint! Such good flavor in the sauce, and because the Cajun was a dry rub it made them taste even crispier. the regular medium Buffalo was pretty good as well. My only complaint is that the wings were a little big which feels crazy to complain about. Also that blue cheese was amazing!!!

I am typically a man of many words...so let's fix that. Get these wings. 9 out of 10.
