Barrel Proof

This is a pop up residency by Matchbook Kitchen which hosts Lord of the Wings Friday night wing night. Get them while they’re there! We got to try the G.O.A.T(buttered buffalo sauce) and Nazgûl (charred habanero, black garlic butter, Korean chili flake). The homemade sauces and dips were some of the best I’ve ever had. Blue cheese had nice chunks. The wings were on the smaller side and could have been crispier but generally cooked well. Can’t wait to try some of the other flavors!
