Ordered the buffalo confit chicken wings. They were not crispy at all. The meat was fall off the bone which was kinda weird. The wings were too big in my opinion. However they were seasoned well and the sauce and dips were delicious and homemade. Ranch and Blue equally good but somewhat not distinguishable.

Ordered the confit chicken wings-effing hot flavor extra crispy. They were slightly crispy but not as much as advertised or desired. The sauce was like a jerk sauce with sweetness and heat probably from habanero. It needed a little bit of salt. The wings were smaller than average but had good taste to them. The dips were very tasty and homemade with the ranch and blue cheese on par with each other. These didn’t totally satisfy my buffalo/hot wing craving, so will aim to try the buffalo flavor next time.
