ShaWING Food Truck

Their truck was popped up at New Terrain Brewing. We ordered 12 of the hot buffalo wings extra crispy. They were perfectly cooked, extra crispy as requested but not dry. Wings were of good quality and were well seasoned. I was pleasantly surprised by the heat level..actually hot instead of claiming to be hot and really being mild. That being said, the sauce wasn’t particularly unique. The blue cheese dip was great with some nice chunks but still creamy and stuck to the wing well. The ranch was okay..not surprising since the owners are from Buffalo and likely focus on the blue. This place had a lot of hype and on first impression seem deserving of it. I will be back!

The owner is from Rochester and Buffalo, NY. Wings are just like home. Crispy, meaty, juicy! Very traditional buffalo sauce. The bleu cheese is on point. They also do garbage plates, beef on weck, chicken finger subs, and pizza logs. The location in Greenwood Village is closed but they have the food truck and they just opened a ghost kitchen in Denver. So f’ing good!!!
